Turnaround Time: 
Our current turnaround time is 2 weeks. This is subject to change during peak seasons, please be sure to keep up with us on social media to be aware of these changes! 

Refund Policy: 
No returns on custom items. If you have any problems with an order, you must report this within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. 

Refund Policy: 
Refunds can be made for non-custom items for a store credit. Product CANNOT be used, washed or worn in any way.
